Ukrainian drone struck Russian passenger train - governor

Two people were injured during a massive UAV attack on southern Russia, a top official in the Krasnodar region said

A Ukrainian drone struck a passenger train in southern Russia, lightly injuring two people, a top regional official said.

Drone fragments fell on a train station in the city of Timashevsk early Friday, damaging a passing train, Krasnodar Region Governor Veniamin Kondratyev said on Telegram.

One of the victims was taken to a hospital, while the other refused hospitalization and was treated at the scene. Despite the attack, the train continued its journey, Kondratyev said.

Several homes were damaged in rural areas, the governor added.
